Uploading Failure

Howdy!

First off thanks for the amazing service! I'm trying to upload a plugin for a Wordpress installation I have but using Cyberducky but I'm getting an interesting error.

Failure (SSH_FX_FAILURE: An error occurred, but no specific error code exists to describe the failure.), and then followed by multiple SSH_FX_NO_SUCH_FILE errors.

I have tried uploading to different directories, changing folder permissions, and adding different files/folder all to no avail. This trouble is also new, and up until now has not occurred.

SFTP Login failed

Hi!

I got my account the other day, but I can't log in to the FTP. I get 'Login failed' when using the specified credentials ('ai_kodapa' and the password i chose).

Logging in to the site works though.

Is there any way to reset the password?

Can i reopen my hosting account?

I searched through the forum discussions, online documentation, and documentation files in my new account, and could not find information as to how each member of the community can create and manage a MySQL database. Is there any sort of admin GUI, such as phpMyAdmin?

Hello everyone.

Few day ago, I have my hosting service available, I tested the SFTP connection and is working fine, but when I tried to use MySql database, I can not connect to it. I used the MySQL workbench to connect to data base with the following values:

Hostname: 1.ai
Username: My ai_ prefix.
Password: I have choosed during signup.

Can anyone tell me if i used the correct values? There are a specific procedure to connect to data base?

Can't create new files

I can edit currently existing files over SFTP (port 22) but I can't add new files or copy existing files from my file system.
I've tried both Filezilla and WinSCP.

I just got 1.ai hosting, and I'm not able to connect via SFTP (Cyberduck and Filezilla both fail).
I'm sure my password is right because it's stored in LastPass - and logging into the web interface works fine.
My password has a few symbols in it. Is this causing errors somewhere along the pipeline?
If there's a way to reset/change my password, can someone point me towards it?

edit: Oh, and yes - I did try with and without ai_ on the username - as well as name.1.ai, just 1.ai, and so forth. c;

I'm using filezilla in linux but I can't log-in to 1.ai server.
I used 'ai_' prefix and web-login password, but still have problem.
Even I use scp of gnome-nautilus but can't login neither.

Any help will be appreciated.
And is there anyway to change log-in password?

to any of those who witnessed my attempt at making my first tutorial, i am sorry. it was really bad to read… im not the best explainer, so i apologize in advance if something doesn’t make sense. just re-read it.. i have built this project from core. i know it works. :)

and with that, lets start with folder structure.

folder structure, to me, is important because it helps locate files easily. for instance, youll notice that all of my core classes exist in core/class with a prefix of core_. this becomes especially useful in php5’s __autoload function. fortunately, i still manage way to many php4 scripts. so, we will modify it a bit. Anyways, so thats one example. Here are some more:

– third party apps always in core/libs/ – all modules ( youll learn about these ) have the same uniform structure.

THE KEY IS CONSISTENCY. If you plan well, execution becomes “right” instead of “put-together”.

I put an archive up at a server i’m hosting from a friend. with you guys reading this, my visitor count will go from 1 to 10 in 2 years. so, im looking forward to that.
