I want to ask...how I can make animation / moving images in JPG file ?
which program I must to have ?
it's easy program ?
it's free program?
I need answer ASAP -
JPEG does not support animation. Only GIF and PNG support animation.

What are you trying to accomplish? you can compile swfs with ming

well yeah they are right you acn't produce thos effects inside of a jpeg, but you could make animates gifs using photoshop. however that may be a bit outside your budget. i'm not sure but from what i have heard gymp is just like photoshop you might be able to animate in their. what do you need done exactly?
