Request for CPAN module installation

I am trying to run my dancer app but it looks like all the CPAN modules are not available.
I would request the maintainer to install Task::Kensho which is a collection of commonly used and recommended perl modules.
My app in particular requires the following modules
Data::Dumper
Spreadsheet::ParseExcel
CGI::FormBuilder
Spreadsheet::WriteExcel
Text::Iconv
Dancer::Plugin::Ajax

Hi were these modules deployed across every site or just his? I'm going to need Dumper and Iconv as well.
