Hello code monkeys :face-monkey:
here we are back again on dotgeek. What's next? I do welcome your ideas e.g. the next contest, programming marathon or anything that crosses your mind.
I need some help!!
I have a html form that calls a php page. When run on the browser the html form is displayed but the php codes aren't executed. The actual php codes is being displayed. Any idea why?
yes is because your hosting provider doesn't support PHP or you have the wrong extension..you should ask your provide or if is in your own computer ..you need to install PHP :) :face-monkey:
very nice site you got here. infact, joining messageboards is definitely not something i normally do, but your site just pulled me in. Actually, to be quite honest, I was rummaging through pears site and landed up here.....
anyways, look forward to visiting during offtime at work.
Thanks a lot for the positive feedback :)
Yes I tried to have something different and not the usual suspects (Phpbb anyone?).
This is just a small start to take dotgeek back. In a way dotgeek brings me a lot of good memories...very good ones. So why not, I will give it another spin trying to make it even nicer than it was.
Working now on the marathon stuff..should be done soon (one week or so..) Was thinking that may be a laptop would be a more interesting prize. Will think over it :D
