Ruby on Rails...
Does make sense, it is a misconception that Mvc is only reflected in Rails and that Php Applications can’t be designed in the Mvc pattern.

PHP verses Classic ASP and ASP.Net
Php by far is the most practical and obvious solution for small-mid sized businesses. And since Php (4) already enjoy quite a monopoly and massive market share, it will be around for quite some time to come. (flame me) .. A bit like WIndows.. ;)
